A crisp biscuit base covered with a white chocolate and Baileys cheesecake, decorated with a cream curl and white chocolate decoration, all striped with white chocolate.

A chocolate sponge covered with a blackcurrant and cassis mousse, topped with a blackcurrant mirror glaze, decorated with blackcurrants.
